How long will it take to ship my order?
this drop is MTO -- please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to ship.

What if my mail is lost in transit or stolen?
Once items are scanned in by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to the custom nature of each item. If you have any problems with your order, please email hello@emiandky.com.

These bows are all handmade. Our silk velvet is hand dyed, sewn by Grandma, sequin colors and shapes are hand picked by Kyla, and meticulously sewn on one at a time by Mama. There will be variations in sequin shape, placement, and color.

POSSIBLE CHOKING HAZARD -- These bows contain small parts (sequins and tiny seed beads) that may detach when not properly handled. Please watch your babes while they are wearing any type of accessory with small parts if they are prone to putting things in their mouths.

Clips
Bows are put onto a lead free alligator clip with teeth. Clips will be defaulted to right side if no notes are left in checkout notes. If you need this to be changed, please email hello@emiandky.com within 15 minutes of placing your order.
